OUR PRODUCT
High Phenolic Organic EVOO is made from Coratina Olives. Coratina Olives are one of the highest Polyphenol compounds producing Olives. Harvested at VERAISON, when the Olives changes in color (from green to purple), is when Olives have the highest Phenolic Compounds, that give the Organoleptic and Nutritional quality to the Extra Virgin Olive oil.
